3 Day Cancellation Policy 

Your appointments are very important to me. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 3 days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation, and clients on my wait list miss the opportunity to receive pet sitting services for their dogs or cats.

Any appointment missed, late, cancelled, or changed without a 3-day notice will result in a charge of 10% of your reservation for pet sitting services. The appointment may be taken off a contract/package or charged individually.

As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically 3 days before your scheduled appointment by email and/or text message by me personally. If you do not get a confirmation 3 days before your scheduled pet Sitting services please contact to me so that I can take the best care of your family member(s). You have the following options to cancel or reschedule a pet sitting reservation

•reschedule/change/modify your appointment from your online account; 3 days before appointment start date.

•cancel your appointment from your online account (at least 3 days before start date)

•respond back by email with any changes or issues; jenniferhanderhan@live.com

•call or text me personally (412) 503-3398

After 3 cancelled or rescheduled appointments a valid credit card must be placed on your account and 10% of your pet sitting fee will be due at the time of booking. A credit card hold transaction will be made on your credit card to reserve your appointment time. Your credit card information is stored will full encryption.

Emergency’s will always be considered. You may request not to be charged for the late cancelled service in writing within 7 days if you feel such action is warranted. I reserve the right to make the decision to honor your request on a case-by-case basis and will respond back to you in writing or email within 7 days.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control such as, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply.

I stand by my policies and feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients. If we must cancel a client with less than 3-days notice of the appointment scheduled, we will honor the same policy and your next 2 days of pet sitting will be free of charge. Jennifer Handerhan reserves the right to modify a scheduled appointment to a different sitter during the same time allotment if circumstances arise without prior approval of the client.

The 3-day cancellation policy gives us time to inform our wait list clients of any availability, thus better serving everyone. My policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
